Making a Difference Together: Celebrating Keller Williams RED Day
Every year on the second Thursday of May, the Keller Williams family across the globe unites for something bigger than business: Renew, Energize, and Donate (RED) Day. It's not just a tradition—it's a powerful statement of who we are and what we stand for.

What is RED Day?
RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. Since 2009, associates, partners, and teams have stepped away from their daily routines to give back to their communities in meaningful ways. From revitalizing parks to organizing food drives, building homes, or helping local shelters, RED Day is about making a visible, lasting difference—together.
The Heart Behind RED Day
The idea was inspired by Mo Anderson, Vice Chairman of Keller Williams Realty, whose birthday falls in May. Her legacy of servant leadership gave birth to a movement rooted in compassion and community impact. RED Day isn't about getting recognition. It's about recognizing the needs around us and responding with action, love, and unity.

RED Day is more than a date on the calendar—it's a reflection of our values in action. At Keller Williams, we believe that by helping others, we build stronger communities—and stronger connections. As we look back on RED Day 2025, we’re filled with gratitude, pride, and a renewed commitment to giving back.
Because when we give together, we grow together.

2025 RED Day in Action
This year, KW associates across the country (and the world) took on projects close to their hearts. Some highlights included:
- Keller Williams Greater Des Moines partnered with a local nursing home to help with some exterior landscaping, interior painting, and even led recreational activities with some of the residents. Volunteers came together, wearing their signature red shirts, to donate their time, energy, and resources.
- KW Elevate of Joplin, Missouri focused their efforts on assisting the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Missouri and ArtCentral in Carthage. Their activities included cleaning, making repairs, and organizing a "Cookout for a Cause" to support these local organizations.
- Agents from KW Inspire Realty of Fargo, North Dakota volunteered at Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley, planting vegetables and supporting the organization's mission to provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- In a significant first, KW Saudi Arabia launched its inaugural RED Day with a community-wide blood donation drive. This event not only marked their entry into the RED Day tradition but also highlighted their dedication to meaningful community engagement.
- The KW Bahamas team focused on environmental stewardship by organizing a cleanup of Saunders Beach in Nassau. Collaborating with The Bahamas Public Parks and Public Beaches Authority, they collected eight large bags of garbage and two bags of recyclables, contributing to the preservation of this cherished coastal area.
